can carry out your instructions, based on the accurate information you supply
to us regarding the Respondent/Defendants name, address etc.. within
12 24 hours of your written instructions and receipt of the documents you
require to be served.
We
will also give to you an undertaking that a sworn Affidavit of Personal Service
will be delivered to your chambers within 24 36 hours of that Personal Service
having taken place, also your offices will be informed by our Server as
soon as service has been effected.
Further,
we can also give you a personal guarantee that any document we receive for service
from your chambers or firm will be personally served by an employee of
our company regardless of location. It is our strict company policy that under
no circumstances do we instruct any outside/local agents to serve any of
our Clients documents, neither do we undertake instructions
from other outside/local agents.
By you instructing us to personally serve as
your sole agents it
